Dear Customer,

I would like to apologize if i am unable to serve you. Due to my cost of serving including transport, time, spare part and so on. I may be losing time & money for doing a service. May be you don't believe it. But IT supply company don't absorb credit card processing fee. And they are charging 3% processing fee is the prove for very low margin, as 3% of RM1000 is just RM30. If, they are able to absorb it. Then i want to tell you, they are making money from you. You are not getting a best buy. And whenever you buy from Low Yat Plaza & Imbi Plaza, they won't deliver FREE to you, they do outdoor service for RM150 minimum, and only when they are able to. Because high volume sale will profit them.

让我对您说声对不起,如果我没有办法为您服务。这是因为我的服务成本,包挂运输,时间,部件等等。有时我浪费时间,还要损失成本。可能您会不相信。但是电脑销售公司不吸纳信用卡处理费就是低利润的最佳的证明。RM1000的处理费只是RM30。如果您告诉我它吸纳了处理费,那很简单,您买贵了。还有,您在Low Yat Plaza和Imbi Plaza购买电脑。他们不会为你免费运输电脑。他们的出门维修费是从RM150算起,还要预约。因为低利润,高销售量还是赚钱的。
