To play Capcom's Play System 1 & 2 or NeoGeo Arcade games. You just need the emulator & the ROM. Examples.. Street Fighter II- World Warriors is an CPS1 games.

Can emulate CPS1, CPS2 & NeoGeo arcade machine. After extract WinKawaks files, you just have to move your CPS1 ROMs to [roms/cps1], CPS2 ROMs to [roms/cps2] & NeoGeo ROMs to [roms/neogeo]. BIOS not required. If you don't own the ROMs files, it is illegal for you to play the game.
Note 1: To play NeoGeo ROMs, NeoGeo BIOS is required, & must be placing at [roms/neogeo.zip]
